The siding on this Easthill home had weathered and the underlying paint /stain was failing.  We put the man in the can team on it. Detergent solvent was sprayed on the house with a pump sprayer and hand brush.ed into the wood.  This makes a difference.  Think scrubbing behind a little kids ears. They don’t like it , but it’s good for them. Let it soak. Use 4” putty knife to scrape off loose mater

This home was a redwood stain on T111.  The customer wanted Davy in the Navy on the body and bright white on the trim.  The house was taped off and sprayed with a commercial spray rig.

This white home showcases one of our restoration services.  We use a specialty peel protection paint to seal the chipped paint and level out the edge for a smoother finish.  We started using this product last summer and it eliminates much of the scaling you see after a house has peeled.  Best to avoid peeling paint, if you have some, we have a cure. 

Our client wanted a fresh update to a white trim with black doors and shutters.
